The Amazfit GTR 3 Pro, GTR 3, and GTS 3 watches all run Zepp OS, a native smart watch operating system developed by Zepp Health, and new BioTracker 3.0 optical sensor which can measure heart rate, blood-oxygen, stress, and respiratory rate.
Thanks to improvements in the software and hardware, the success rate and accuracy rate of heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring of Amazfit GTR 3 and GTS 3 series smart watches have been greatly improved, hitting as high as 98%. The series features a gamut of health monitoring systems like 24×7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring, sleep tracking, and more.
The Amazfit GTR 3 is equipped with a 1.39-inch screen, while the Amazfit GTS 3 has a 1.75-inch screen. Amazfit GTR 3 Pro’s proportion of round watch screen has been increased to 70.6%.
This series of smart watches supports over 150 modes. While the user is exercising, the watch can track the user’s heart rate, including if the user’s heart rate is too high. The watches also have interval reminders and other functions so as to reduce risk while exercising.
The GTR 3 can go up to 21 days of typical usage before needing a recharge, the company claims, while the GTR 3 Pro and GTS 3 can last about 12 days.
The price of the GTR 3 and GTS 3 is 899 yuan ($140), while the GTR 3 Pro sells for 1099 yuan to 1199 yuan (equipped with leather strap) in China. The GTR 3 is available in Moonlight Grey and Thunder Black while the GTR 3 Pro is available in Brown Leather and Infinite Black. The GTS 3 will be available in Graphite Black, Ivory White, and Terra Rosa.
In addition Amazfit offers the Amazfit Powerbuds pro, a pair of wireless headphones, which supports 40dB professional active noise reduction and accurate exercise heart rate monitoring.
At the press conference, Zepp Health also announced Amazfit’s Chinese name “Yuewo” for the first time, and launched Amazfit’s brand-new logo and slogan “UP YOUR GAME”. Amazfit has developed into an independent brand with five mainstream smart watches, entering more than 90 countries and regions around the world.
According to first quarter data released by IDC in June this year, Amazfit’s smart watch shipments have ranked the top four in the world.
